	The Seaview is a 4 Star, licensed, smoke free, Guest Housewith lovely views over the North Sea. It  is located close to the world famous Carnoustie Championship Golf Course. It is also well situated for touring the many local historic sites, which include; Glamis Castle ( The childhood playground of The Queen), RRS Discovery ( The ship which Scott sailed to  Antarctic) and J M Barries ( of "Peter Pan" fame) birthplace.
The Seaview has 6 good sized bedrooms and en-suites ( including a new ground floor room), catering for up to 14 guests, a dining room of  character and a residents  lounge. Drinks may be served in the residents lounge. The Seaview  was refurbished during 04/05 to a very high standard.  All rooms have TV/text, tea facilities and fully adjustable heating. The guest house has a large car park.  The ideal base for those looking for a quiet, relaxing & smoke free break.
